Inside the Visitor Information Center on 1559 Gordon Ave. is the Chamber of Commerce Board Room.  We have a large  table that sits about 12 with additional chairs in the board room.  The charge for this rental is $100 per day.  Please contact the chamber office for rental at 623-7256 or by e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Trade Show Exhibitors Schedule For this year is as follows:

 

Admission is $2 with 10 and under free if accompanied by an adult

The Pas and District Chamber of Commerce will hold a Raffle and a 50/50 ticket draw

RH Johnson Arena 523 Smith Street

 

Concession: The Ladies of the United Church will run the concession over the duration of the tradeshow.  There will be great menu items available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at a good price.

Annual Tradeshow

Dates for Next Year Have Yet to be Determined

 

Trade Shows represent a powerful opportunity to enhance brand and product visibility, promote new and existing products, generate leads and drive sales. In addition, participation enables you to learn about industry trends, gain competitor insights, make key industry contacts and further solidify relationships with current customers.

The Pas and District Chamber of Commerce wishes to invite you to participate in our ANNUAL TRADE SHOW & SALE.

The show provides an excellent venue to advertise your products or services and to meet existing and potential customers face to face. Every year, the show attracts between 2,500 to 3,000 visitors.

RADIO SPOTS:
Your fee includes one 30 second radio spot with additional advertising available at drastically reduced rates. Please contact the Station Manager at CJ-1240 The Pas, at 623-5307 for more details.

MARKETING OPPORTUNITY:
In order to further improve public attendance and increase public enthusiasm, we strongly encourage you to offer a varied special (or specials), each day that the Show is open to the public. Ensure these specials are advertised through the vehicles offered.

PRODUCT LIMITATIONS:
We have always endeavored to have a wide variety of products at our show, however, exhibitors may be limited to specific products to avoid excessive product duplication at the show. This will be determined on a first come first served basis. When submitting your application, please provide a sufficiently detailed description of your product line.
